LAA& DEE APPAREL CANCELLATION POLICY
At Laa& Dee Apparel, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of an order. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders and products.
CANCELLATION OPTIONS
You may cancel your order through various methods at Laa& Dee Apparel, including:
- Order Level Cancellation: Cancel your entire order before any product has been shipped.
- Product Level Cancellation: Cancel individual products within your order before they have shipped.
- Shipment Level Cancellation: Cancel an entire shipment after the product(s) have been shipped.
- Combo Cancellation: Cancel a combo order before shipping.
- Service Cancellation: Cancel any associated service orders.
Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the guidelines in the REFUNDS section below.
ORDER LEVEL CANCELLATION
You can cancel your entire order before any product(s) have been shipped. Here’s how:
- Eligibility: You may cancel your entire order as long as no part of it has been dispatched.
- Refund Process:
- The full amount of your canceled order will be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet.
- This balance can be used for future purchases or can be transferred to your respective bank/card/wallet by logging into your Laa& Dee Apparel Account.
- Important Notes:
- If even one product has been shipped, you cannot cancel the entire order. Instead, you will need to cancel individual products or the complete shipment.
Exceptions: Orders containing promotional offers, gift cards, or digital products cannot be canceled at the order level. Additionally, for furniture category products, you cannot cancel the order after the first 24 hours of placing it if it has not shipped.
PRODUCT LEVEL CANCELLATION
You can cancel individual products from your order before they have been shipped. Here’s the procedure:
- Eligibility: Individual product cancellations can be done as long as the products have not been dispatched.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled products will also be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet.
- You can use this balance for future purchases or request a transfer to your bank/card/wallet.
- Important Notes:
- If a product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. In such cases, you will need to cancel the entire shipment.
- For promotional offers, gift cards, and digital products, cancellation is not allowed.
Special Cases: Products like made-to-order or customized items may have a limited cancellation period. Be sure to review the product description for specific cancellation details.
SHIPMENT LEVEL CANCELLATION
You may cancel an entire shipment after the products have been shipped. Here’s how:
- Eligibility: If your products have been shipped, you can cancel the entire shipment.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled shipments will be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet.
- Important Notes:
- If you attempt to cancel a product that has already shipped, all products within that shipment will be canceled.
- Cancellation will not be possible if the shipment is out for delivery.
COMBO CANCELLATION
You can cancel a combo order online through the ‘Cancel’ link provided for specific combos on the order details page. Here’s the procedure:
- Eligibility: You can only cancel the entire combo; partial cancellation of products within a combo is not permitted.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled combos will be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet.
- Important Notes:
- If any product within a combo is delivered, cancellation will not apply to the remaining products. If one or more products from a combo have shipped, cancellation will not be applicable.
Cancellation Rights: Laa& Dee Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if there are issues related to product availability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
You can cancel service orders online. Here’s how:
- Eligibility: Services can be canceled if they are not marked as canceled or closed.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled service orders will be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet.
- Important Notes:
- If you cancel a product that has an associated service, the service will also be canceled, and the total amount will be credited to your wallet.
STEPS TO PROCESS CANCELLATION
- Log into your Account: Access your Laa& Dee Apparel account and navigate to “My Account.”
- Select Order: Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” link.
- Reason for Cancellation: Provide a reason for the cancellation and confirm.
- Check Status: You can check the status of your cancellation request under “Order History.”
- Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the final status.
- Refund Initiation: Refunds will be processed upon successful cancellation.
SCENARIOS WHEN CANCELLATION OPTION WILL BE DISABLED
- The product(s) inside the order has already been shipped.
- Payment status is not confirmed.
- Order contains non-cancelable products, such as promotional offers or gift cards.
- The order has already been canceled.
- The product(s) have already been canceled.
REFUND
- Applicable refunds for the entire order/product/shipment/combo/service will first be credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet, with exceptions for promotional offers and gift cards.
- Payments made using promotional offers and gift cards will be refunded back to their respective original sources.
- Once the refund amount is credited to your Laa& Dee Apparel Wallet, you can use the balance for future orders or request to initiate a refund to the original payment source via the ‘Refund Back to Me’ option under ‘Wallet’.
- Upon successful cancellation of an order, any applied promotional codes will be automatically released for reuse, provided they are valid and comply with the code’s terms and conditions.
- Canceled orders will not earn any rewards or cashback.
- A fixed shipping charge may apply to orders below a certain value, with additional charges at certain locations.
- Laa& Dee Apparel reserves the right to apply platform and convenience fees, which will not be refundable in the event of cancellations.
- For orders meeting the minimum value for free shipping, additional charges may still apply in specific locations.
- If a cancellation request lowers the order value below the threshold for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- For ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders, shipping and handling charges may also be deducted if the order value falls below the required threshold due to cancellation.
- If the order value drops below a certain amount due to cancellation, cancellation may not be permitted, or the entire order may need to be canceled.
- If cancellation occurs, previously deducted shipping and handling charges will be refunded back to the wallet if the entire order is canceled and meets refund criteria.
- Refunds for promotional items will only be processed if the last product in the order is canceled and no shipment has been initiated.
- In cases where a product has been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the wallet as per the policy, regardless of order value.
- During exceptional circumstances, such as a pandemic, we will waive shipping charges during cancellation requests for all orders placed during those periods.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if Laa& Dee Apparel encounters challenges that necessitate the cancellation of a promotional product, no refund will be credited for that product as it was offered free of charge.
