Payment Security

We do not store any payment details like credit card numbers or UPI IDs on our platform. Rest assured, your transactions are completely secure.
Payment Process
- Online Payments: For orders placed via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets, the payment must be completed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, payment will be collected in cash or card (where available) upon delivery. Kindly ensure the total amount is ready at the time of delivery.
Currency and Charges
- All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- If you are using an international card, the exchange rate applied will be determined by your bank or card issuer at the time of the transaction.
Taxes and Duties
- GST (Goods and Services Tax): All prices displayed on the website include GST as per the applicable Indian tax laws.
- International Orders: If you are ordering from outside India, customs duties or additional import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.
Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified immediately. Common reasons for payment failure include incorrect payment details or insufficient funds. Fraud Prevention

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Availability: This option is available for select pin codes across India. You will see the COD option during checkout if your delivery address is eligible.
- COD Fee: A small, non-refundable convenience fee may be charged for COD orders.
- Refund for COD Orders: In case of returns, only the product price will be refunded, excluding the COD fee.
Refunds and Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500 within India.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹1,500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 to ₹100 will be applied depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, typically between 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Charges on Refund Orders: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is initiated for reasons other than defects or errors on our part, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
