At Laa & Dee Apparel, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each product is crafted with care, love, and attention to detail. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right through a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in a defective condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@laadee.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Our support team will review your request and share the return instructions.

Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on shipping the item back, depending on your location.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to share your bank account details for refund processing.

In case of partial returns, refunds will be adjusted based on the returned items.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention it while raising your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless damaged or defective):

Innerwear and undergarments

Socks and hair accessories

Customized or personalized products

Clearance or “Final Sale” items
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@laadee.in with your order details and photos.
We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund after verification.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you may proceed with a return after delivery.
