Shipping Areas

Laa&Dee Apparel ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping:
- A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 800 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or any discounts).
- For orders equal to or above Rs. 800, free shipping is available at select locations. For other locations, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added for all orders below Rs. 800.
Calculating Shipping Charges:
- The applicable shipping charge for each product can be determined by entering your pin code on the product pages. The total shipping charge for your order will be the sum of the charges for all applicable products, plus Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 800.
- The total shipping charge will be displayed in your cart and at checkout.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return or cancellation of the order.
Modification of Shipping Charges:
- Laa&Dee Apparel reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Updated charges will be reflected on the product page and during the checkout process.
Promotional Offers:
- Occasionally, Laa&Dee Apparel may run promotional offers that allow for free shipping on specific orders. These offers are subject to terms and conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are typically 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays).
Items weighing over 2 kilos or high-volume products may take longer to deliver. For other areas serviced by India Post, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the location.
The estimated delivery date displayed at checkout is tentative and may change once the order is shipped. After shipment, an estimated delivery date will be visible in your order details under “My Account”.

Address Change

You can change the delivery address only if the order status is “Confirmed” or “Pending” and none of the items have been shipped. If there are differences in charges or taxes due to the change of address, the request may not be accepted.

Hidden Charges

All prices are inclusive of taxes, and the final amount during checkout reflects the total cost with no hidden charges.

International Shipping

Laa&Dee Apparel currently does not ship to locations outside of India.

Package Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the name of the courier company and the tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Note that tracking information may take an additional 24 hours to update online.

Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure to provide your mobile number with the delivery address to facilitate a smoother delivery process.

Secured Delivery with OTP (One-Time Password)

Laa&Dee Apparel incorporates a One-Time Password (OTP) system for enhanced security during delivery. A six-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number when your package is out for delivery. This OTP must be provided to the delivery agent upon arrival.
Please do not share the OTP over the phone or with delivery personnel before they arrive at your doorstep. Laa&Dee Apparel will not be responsible for any misuse of the OTP if it is shared prematurely.

Convenience Charges

Laa&Dee Apparel reserves the right to impose convenience charges on specific orders based on product type, pin code, or shipment size. These charges are separate from shipping costs and may apply irrespective of the shipping cost.

Refunds and Returns

In the event of a return, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. We encourage you to review our Return & Replacement Policy for more details.
